Coyote Oldman is the lovely combination of art and science, Rainbird was THE CD that introduced the Anasazi flute to the modern world.

Rainbird is the return of the ancient Anasazi rim-blown flute of the American Southwest. Double CD. In the Spring of 2002, I constructed ancient flute replicas from direct measurements of 800 to 1200 year old artifacts. I was amazed and captured by the fluid sound and beautiful scale of this mysterious New World flute, This recording is a direct result.

I love playing the ancient flute. This is an Instrument of fluid and luscious tone with a vast palette of sparkling chirps and complex harmonics: pure, sweet and surprising and altogether haunting and profound.

CD 1 is flowing sweet music of light and peace. CD 2 is a bit of a journey on the dark side. A generous album.
