We guarantee our flutes to be of the highest quality. Flutes or cds may be returned undamaged within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of price of goods. In the event a flute or cd is damaged in delivery, we will replace or refund price of goods. We have no restocking fee and we do not refund the price of shipping.
